A bit about me

I’m a Chicago native who traveled extensively and lived abroad for 10 years. Being immersed in a culturally dense region and interacting with people from all walks of life taught me the value of different perspectives. Anyone who knows me can attest that I’m an observer and notice the details. This, paired with my inherent desire to help others in their journey, led me on the path to UX.

I prioritize user needs and accessibility.

Prioritizing access and inclusion in my work comes natural to me. My varied background - content manager, program coordinator and executive admin - positions me to operate from empathy with an end goal of helping others. My lived experience with the disability community fully influences who I am as a UX professional and creates an open and genuine interaction with users, whether neurotypical or not.

My goal on any product is to:

  • identify the right problem

  • clarify the right goals

  • determine the right approach

  • communicate the best insights to deliver the most impact

When I have a minute…

I am managing a household, savoring a good cup of joe, catching up on shows, or exploring local authentic cuisines. I recharge with nature walks and group exercise classes; the peer pressure and comradery keep me coming back, every time.
